Who can use this portal for Nigeria?

This portal is for school administrators. Use the same school admin username and password used on the mobile app.

How do I add one student?

Open Students, fill the Add Student form, choose the grade, then save. The portal creates the student account and gives you the login details to share.

How do I upload many students at once?

Open Students, click Download Template, fill the CSV or Excel file, then upload it in the Batch Upload section. The portal will create the students one by one.

What if a student forgets the password?

Open Students and use Reset Password beside that student. A new password will be generated for you to share with the student.

How does guardian access work?

Each student can have guardian access reset from the Students page. Use Guardian Access Reset to issue a fresh guardian code and share it with the parent or guardian.

How do I assign a subject to a teacher?

Open Teacher Subjects, choose the teacher, then choose the grade and subject and save. This is what the system will use for subject attendance and teacher score entry.

How do I mark attendance?

Open Attendance, choose the grade and date, then mark each student as present, absent, or late before saving.

How do I publish report cards?

Open Report Cards, select a grade and student, enter the subject results, then publish. Published report cards become available to the linked student account.

How do I manage school fees?

Open Fees to create fee items, assign them to a grade, and update payment status for each student.

Why can I not see some pages or data?

Most pages depend on students already being linked to the school. If a list is empty, first check that students were added to the correct grade.

How do I change the school logo?

Open Dashboard and use the school branding area to upload a new logo. After upload completes, the new logo should appear across the portal.

What if a teacher, student, or guardian changed phone and cannot log in?

Ask the user to open the app login page and copy the Device code shown there. Then open Dashboard in the portal, use Device Recovery Support, enter the username and device code, approve it, and ask the user to try login again.
