Quick answers to common questions about using the school portal.
This portal is for the school administrator and any designated registrar or VPI accounts created by the school administrator.
Open Students, fill the Add Student form, choose the grade, then save. The portal creates the student account and gives you the login details to share.
Open Students, click Download Template, fill the CSV or Excel file, then upload it in the Batch Upload section. The portal will create the students one by one.
Open Students and use Reset Password beside that student. A new password will be generated for you to share with the student.
Each student can have guardian access reset from the Students page. Use Guardian Access Reset to issue a fresh guardian code and share it with the parent or guardian.
Open Teacher Subjects, choose the teacher, then choose the grade and subject and save. This is what the system will use for subject attendance and teacher score entry.
Open Attendance, choose the grade and date, then mark each student as present, absent, or late before saving.
Teachers check in and check out from the mobile app. Open Teacher Attendance in the portal to set the school location, late time, early check-out time, and to review daily, weekly, or monthly attendance reports linked to teaching progress.
First open Grading Setup and save how marks should be shared for each class and subject. Teachers then enter scores in the mobile app, and the portal Report Cards page is used to publish and print the final report card.
Open Grading Setup, choose the grade and subject, enter the assessment components and marks, then save. This setup is what teachers and report cards will follow.
Open Documents, choose the student and session details, then print the exact school document you need. You can also upload your certificate background there.
Open Fees to create fee items, assign them to a grade, and update payment status for each student.
Most pages depend on students already being linked to the school. If a list is empty, first check that students were added to the correct grade.
Open Dashboard and use the school branding area to upload a new logo. After upload completes, the new logo should appear across the portal.
Ask the user to open the app login page and copy the Device code shown there. Then open Dashboard in the portal, use Device Recovery Support, enter the username and device code, approve it, and ask the user to try login again.
